    For any damaged product, contact the owner [Faith White] on website www.faithmakinway4change.com or SMS 678-696-1144 immediately after receiving the product, explain the issue along with a photo of the damaged product and only then [Faith White] will determine if a exchange or refund will be accepted. If a return is accepted by the owner [Faith White], the now new owner, initially [the buyer] is responsible for paying any processing, shipping and handling fees. Return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date return was accepted, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method (only if approved for a refund by Faith White). In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [Online Services, Online Programs, Digital E-Files, Birth Charts, Biorhythm Graphs, Readings, one on one personal services once Payment is received. Anything online there is a NO REFUND POLICY, upon receiving final product.  The work hand created/crafted for specifically the buyer only can’t be reused or undone, therefore there is NO REFUNDS].
